Just a quick note to everyone who might be watching our blog. We have been having a fantastic time on Tasmania. We've been to the Cradle Mountain National Park, where I did a couple hikes and Harold climbed Cradle Mountain, we traveled to Rosebery, Zeehan, Strahan, Queenstown, and then camped at Lake St. Clair National Park. We traveled through some beautiful mountainous areas, Harold got to row a single with a couple guys from the New Norfolk Rowing Club (no women around for me to "chat up" for a row), then on in to Hobart. We walked the hub of the touristy area, drove up Mt. Wellington, nabbed 2 geocaches there and then caught a ghost tour at the Port Arthur Penitentiary late that night. We found an off road camp and then spent a little time on the beach before catching a brewery tour at Cascade Brewery. We were on the road again toward Freycinet (Fray-zin-ay) National Park where we camped for 3 nights. We forayed over the hills to Wineglass Bay and spent a good part of the next day kayaking in Coles Bay and then Harold made a quick climb up Mt. Amos. It started raining there this morning so we headed north and west to Mole Creek where we are now. We
took a tour in to the King Soloman Cave and found the local visitor center. (Internet is still hard to come by)

So now you know the names of where we've been and the days we were there, you'll have to wait until we can connect to wireless and use our own laptop for Harold to show you some of the pictures!

Our time is running out now, the ferry tomorrow night (Friday the 13th) back to Melbourne, a fast trip to Mt. Kosciuosko and then dash back to Sydney to catch our flight on Tuesday the 17th. See you all soon......
